So this is my 201 post.
I have taken a few days off to give consideration to my future blogging efforts. When I first started blogging my main goal was to share leadership proddings that I have been thinking through. Since then I have noticed that it has lost some of its focus. Therefore I have narrowed down the categories in which my posts will be classified that fit in the two areas below.
